Bukar holds a B.SC in Physics from the Ahmadu Bello University of Zaria and a Masters Degree (M.Sc) in Nuclear Engineering from the Oregon State University in the United States of America.
Prior to joining CSCS, Bukar was the MD/CEO of Valucard Nigeria Plc where he was instrumental in turning around the Company from a nil-profit-making entity to what could aptly be termed a highly profitable entity before his exit.
With proven versatility and a proficiency in Information Technology (IT) systems, Bukar previously spent 14 (fourteen) years working with Hewlett- Packard (HP); one of the World’s leading IT Companies, where he garnered valuable experience having occupied several Technical and Senior positions amongst which are: Research and Development Engineer, Manufacturing Development Engineer, Marketing Program Manager, Senior IT Consultant and Worldwide Technical Marketing Manager, within divisions of the Company.
Bukar also possesses a background in Banking having spent a stint working with FSB International Bank Plc (now Fidelity Bank Plc) as Executive Director in charge of Electronic Banking, Information Technology and Operations.
Mr. Egunbiyi, Peter Adebayo is an Executive Director having served as General Manager (Operations) and Head, Computer Department for over six years. He holds a B.Sc (First Class) hons in Computer Science from University of Ibadan. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Before joining the CSCS Ltd, in September 1995, he had started his Information Technology (IT) career with NCR Nigeria Ltd (now Plc).in 1988 and was opportuned to have a three months IT exposure in Dayton, Ohio, USA. He later joined B-S Computer Services where he worked with several corporate clients like Total, AP, NNPC, Central Bank of Nigeria, UBA etc engaging in IT set up, software development, conversion and training. He later joined Cooper and Lybrand in 1992 to acquire international consulting experience. While there, he assisted in the automation of Bank Reconciliation and cash book systems for Nigerian Airways, Fixed Asset for NITEL, he has attended several courses both in Nigeria and overseas.
Joseph F. Mekiliuwa DGM/Head, IT & Operations Department
Mr. Joe Mekiliuwa holds a B.Sc Degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin, Benin City, Masters degree in Computer Science (M.Sc) from the University of Lagos and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State of Nigeria. He is also Chartered Stockbroker (ACS), Professional member at Companion level (above Fellow) of UK international Professional Bodies, Comp.IMS(UK)-Institute of Mgt Specialist, C.PBTM(UK)-Professional Business & Technical Mgt, C.AEA(UK)-The Academy of Executives & Administrators, Comp.AMS(UK)-The Academy of Multi-Skills, Fellow, Institute of Mgt Consultants,Full Member - Chartered Nigeria Institute of Management, He has attended several professional courses and seminars such as: Data Base Adm. , Sybase Educational Program, San Diego, California, USA, 2001. Joe started his working career with Management and Computer consultancy firm before joining Abbey Building Society (mortgage Bankers) as Head of Computer Dept. He thereafter joined fine Homes Mortgage Bank also as head of computer. He left Fine Homes for Globe Computers Ltd as project manager where he principally worked with North West Waters (UK) in the computerization of Lagos State Water Corporation before joining CSCS Ltd in early 1997.
Mr. Mekiliuwa is one of the pioneer staff members involved in the implementation of the system. He is currently a Deputy General Manager and Head, I.T & Operations Department.
Pauline Onyeka Onyenwe (Mrs.) started her formal management career in Ivory Merchant Bank where she undertook several banking courses during her six years stint with them and left as a management staff in 1995. Thereafter, she became the head of Finance and Administration Department of Global Internet Computers Company Ltd until she left in 1997 to join the Central Securities Clearing System Ltd as a Manager and rose to the current position of Deputy General Manager/Head Depository Department.
Mrs. Onyenwe holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Aston University, UK and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) England after having acquired Diploma/Certificate in Marketing and Administrative Management courses, which broadened her managerial scope and equipped her for her responsibilities in CSCS Ltd. She has undertaken several management, stock market/custody related and computer operations courses, seminars and workshops both locally and internationally to date.
She has interest in writing, reading, cooking, music, counselling and social work.
Mr Austine Obinna Ene started his professional career in Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) in 1996. In the course of his 11 years service to the Computer Wraehouse Group, he served in various capacities some of which are: Senior software Engineer, Senior Pre-sales and solution Architect, AGM and eventually GM of the ExpertEdge Business unit. While in ExpertEdge, the software subsidiary of the company, he made remarkable impact. He developed the first commercial application sold and deployed for enterprises.
Austine was among the pioneer team of CWG that were trained on Finacle Banking Application. He led several banking Application integration projects for top Nigerian Banks including UBA and FBN.
Austine Ene Was a seasoned Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant for several years with specialization on ORACLE and SAP. He spent almost a year on Internship with Infosys Technologies in India supporting her client base world-wide.
Austine is a computer Science graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is also an alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School LBS.
He joined Central Securities Clearing System Limited (CSCS) in 2008 and currently heads the Digital Centre of the organization as an Assistant General Manager (AGM).
Mr. Vincent Ukoh holds a B.SC degree in Accounting from University of Nsukka and a PGD in Manpower Planning & Economics, University of Lagos. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (A.C.A). He is also a dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
He started his audit training with Coopers and Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) in 1989 and rose to become an Audit Senior. He went on to work in the treasury and funds transfer unit of Citizens Bank between 1992 & 1995. He thereafter moved to Dapage Ventures where he was the General Manager Finance and Administration.
Proficient in audit and other accounting functions, Vincent has consulted for NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Company), Federal Ministry of Finance, Murtala Mohammed Airport 2, Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Services and handled the accounts of firms like UACN PLC, Nigerite LTD, Guinness Nig PLC, CAP PLC, New Nigeria Bank PLC, Nigeria Airways (Debt Reconciliation), ACB PLC (Debt Reconciliation) so many others.
Prior to joining CSCS, Mr. Vincent Ukoh was the Managing Director of Securities Trading and Investments Ltd (Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange).
Morenikeji Bunmi (Mrs.) AGM/Head, Human Capital & Admin.
Mrs Bunmi Morenikeji BSc, MBA, MNIM, FCA, MCIPMA Mrs. Olubunmi Morenikeji holds a B.SC in Accounting and a MBA, both from the University of Lagos. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators USA (MCIPMA). She is equally a member of the Society for Corporate Governance in Nigeria.
She began her professional career as an Accountant with Bayer Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited in 1989, and later moved on to Lozinger Securities Limited, where she served as Treasury Manager for six years. She joined Capital Express Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Capital Express Assurance) as the Assistant General Manager, Finance & Operations in 1997. In that capacity, she was responsible for monitoring the finance and investment unit as well as the capital market operations.
She started her banking career in UBA in 1998 and later became the Head of Operations of NNB International Bank Plc in 2000. Subsequently, she headed various business units in the bank that eventually merged and became Unity Bank.
Prior to joining CSCS, Mrs. Morenikeji was an Executive Director Finance and Corporate Service at Capital Express Assurance where she demonstrated a high level of loyalty, commitment, and relentless efficiency in her work.
She is an erudite scholar, and has attended various professional training seminars and courses locally and internationally to further strengthen her accounting and managerial skills.
